Frank A.W. Dean
(1880->1930)

Frank Arthur Wishart Dean was born in New York on August 15, 1880, the son of Ada M. and William Dean, a British-born butcher in Niagara Falls. William died when Frank was young, and his mother lived with him for many years thereafter. He married Marjorie A. --- and settled in Alliance, Ohio, where he worked as a guard (in 1918) and later as a photographer with his own photogallery. (children Thelma, 1906, Fredrick H., 1912, Woodrow Wilson, 1913, Twilla J., 1918). He collected minerals and birds' eggs.
