G. E. Belz     

Mrs. Genevieve E. "Gene" Belz, wife of Charles A. Belz (1900-1985), a Civil Engineer for a steel company, was born on October 22, 1902, in South Carolina, and died in Spring House, Pennsylvania in August 1992. She worked as a physician's secretary in Lower Providence, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (1930 census). She advertised in several 1947 issues of Rocks & Minerals, offering micromount boxes and giving her address at that time as Line Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Charles was a mineral collector as well; he published two articles in Rocks & Minerals (1947 and 1948) and served as Secretary of the Philadelphia Mineralogical Society in 1947.
