Fritz Klähn     

Fritz Klähn is a mineral collector and dealer in St. Andreasberg, Oberharz region, Germany; founding Director of the historic Grube Samson mining museum in 1951. Father of Jochen Klähn, also in St. Andreasberg. Jochen Klähn is the current head of the mining museum, and is also the head of the Canary Museum in St. Andreasberg, commemmorating the history of the use of canaries as gas detectors by the local miners. Andreas Klähn is presumably also a family member; he built a prominent mineral collection in St. Andreasberg.
