Zahnarzt Ritter
(fl. ca. 1900?-    )

Zahnarzt (="Dentist") Ritter was apparently a dentist in Hildesheim, Germany. One wonders if he was perhaps related to Fr. Ritter, another mineral collector living in Hildesheim. They are probably not the same person, inasmuch as the handwriting and label designs of the two Hildesheim Ritters are drastically different. In any case, he had at least two types of labels: one for Harz Mountains specimens and one for specimens acquired by exchange from other collectors (there were probably other types as well, perhaps on different colors of paper).
